Propeller polishing between dry-dockings further improve our vessels’ energy efficiency, is either arranged based upon scheduled intervals or vessel performance however, as a rule of thumb, intervals of six to 12 months (depending upon vessel size, sailing activity and location) are standard and one of the most common and regular in-water activities conducted globally.

With this mindset, Master Divers experienced divers utilize a highly innovative Twin-disc Propeller polishing tool that is currently being used by underwater service providers around the globe. What sets us apart from local companies that provide propeller polishing services is that we offer a 3-stage polishing method. This means that we actually polish the propeller 3 times in order to achieve the highest grade on the Rubert scale namely Grade ‘A’

  • Multi-stage micro polishing of all surfaces.
  • Polishers fitted with diamond polishing disks to achieve a finish of a Rupert scale “A”.
  • Detailed written report including photographs with any abnormalities observed.
